This week we finished a wedding and we would love to show you some footage from it! This wedding was on November 11, 2011 which is as you already know, 11.11.11! This Wedding reception was a blast to be at and we were so blessed to be apart of it. The wedding was held at Dinolfo’s of Mokena. Along with the bride being beautiful, the room was very exquisite!

Chicago Wedding Videographer Gets Great Review!

This week we received a great wedding videographer review! The couple was Amanda and Michael from Chicago! Their wedding was on a gorgeous day in Chicago and we could not have asked for a better turn out!

When we received their review, we were in love with it! Their review states who we are as a company to the “T”

Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and professional with his services. His never got in the way and as crazy as it sounds, we forgot he was even around sometimes, which is the ultimate compliment for a videographer.

Their reception was held at Germania Place in the city. This place was gorgeous and the room was very well decorated with flowers. The most amazing part of this room was the way the sun light came through the windows onto the cake. It made the area look so amazing and could take your breathe away!

Homer Glen Sweet 16

We are excited to congratulate Lilyanna for turning 16! We had the privilege of serving as her videographer at her sweet 16!

The Sweet 16 was held in Homer Glen, IL at Dinolfo’s Banquets. The room was elegently decorted and Stevie Dee with Operation Getdown really kept the dance floor going all night long! August 2011 Family Portrait Session

This week we had the delight of working with the Guth family! Plenty of laughing occurred which made the pictures turn out amazing! 8th Grade Photo Shoot in Frankfort IL

It is once again summer which means it’s a great time for photo shoots! We got the great opportunity to take Grant’s 8th grade pictures. These were taken at a near by garden center in Frankfort, IL. We went and shot about 200 pictures and were having so much fun that we lost track of time. We spent about 2 hours that day and we are so glad both the photographer and subject were troopers in the hot weather!

Thanks to Grant working in the heat all summe long, he did not sweat as much as we did. This made it easy for us! We hope to get this same opportunity soon!

Videos for Orland Park Church

We have been working with Orland Park Church for 6 years now and we are loving every minute of it! Our job at the church is to video anything they need for their website or sunday services. We promote special events with videos and even print. We work along side the staff and pastors to make sure the videos they need illustrate what they want. Here is a quick picture of us working with the pastor to decide what shot will be next.

This past week the pastors at the church asked us to film a video that will be used in the sermon to talk about trains and how they can be related to our daily walk in faith. If we would get on the wrong train and wrong track, we will end up at the wrong destination.

Wedding Videographer Snags a 5-Star Review

WAHOO! We cant be any more excited to receive another 5-Star Review from a Bride and Groom on our WeddingWire page!! This wedding was one of a kind! It was great to see a groom in the Marines all in uniform for the wedding!

Josh, the owner and creator of JKS Productions, helped us out for our wedding to create a package that fit within our tight budget and all I can say is WOW! for the value of what we got. Gems Leadership Conference 2012 Video

GEMS Girls’ Clubs is a relationship-building club program created especially for girls. GEMS Clubs are offered in local churches and other Christian organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada. JKS Productions was asked by them to film and edit a video for Gems that will promote a conference in 2012. This conference will be held here in Chicago! They use these conferences to talk about the next years studies and what will be taught to the girls that year.

It was back in mid March that we went downtown and filmed shots of iconic landmarks in the city. These shots were incorporated into the video in some way. There are two versions of the video and the one below is the one that will be on their website for all the leaders to watch over and over. You get to view it first here! The video that is not on the web is one that was shown at the conference in mid July. Please watch the video below and spread it around to those you know who will be attending in GEMS 2012!

JKS Productions Receives another 5-Star Review!

We are very excited to release this week’s 5-Star Review! This review is from Steve and Kaitlyn Dykstra whose wedding was on April 16, 2011. The wedding was in Dyer, Indiana at the Casa Maria. It was an amazing opportunity for us to film this wedding as the groom was none other than Steve Dykstra from Operation Getdown DJs! We have a video of the introductions he made up here called the Best Wedding Introductions Ever! Here is what Kaitlyn Dykstra had to say about our work on their wedding!

Josh Siegers was amazing! He did a phenomenal job working with us from start to finish to make sure our DVDs were everything we wanted.
